Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vanilla products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used vanilla beans, vanilla extract, or vanilla powder
Products that have been damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Products marked as "Final Sale"
Gift cards

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us directly — do not send items back without prior authorization.

Step 1: Email us at support@vanillabros.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
