Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Fulfillment Partner

We fulfill all orders through Amazon's logistics network (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment / MCF). This allows us to provide fast, reliable shipping to our customers across the United States. Your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging — this is normal and does not affect your order in any way.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States, please check back - we plan to expand shipping destinations in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are based on business days after order dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and external factors such as weather or peak seasons. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:

Check around your property and with neighbors
Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If after 24 hours your package is still missing, please contact us at support@vanillabros.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Food Safety & Shipping

Our vanilla products (vanilla beans, vanilla extract, and vanilla powder) are packaged to maintain freshness during transit. All products are shipped in appropriate food-safe packaging. If you receive a product that appears to have been compromised during shipping (broken seal, unusual odor, visible damage), please do not consume it and contact us immediately.
